Exclusion/Limitation of Liability: Neither not found nor WeeSleep® makes any representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the consulting services provided. The aggregate liability (if any) of not found and WeeSleep® is limited to the consulting fee paid by you to not found, and in no event will not found or WeeSleep® be liable to you for any other claim, losses or damages.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the time, effort, and commitment provided within a consultation, once you have received your consultation and/or sleep plan, refunds will not be issued for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the plan, lack of support from your partner, or change of mind.
PROGRAM EXPIRY
Programs expire 3 months after the date of purchase, regardless of completion of the WeeSleep® plan. If after 3 months, the client requests (and the Consultant agrees) to resume and/or complete the service, a Refresh Me package will need to be purchased by the client; this will allow the Consultant to update the child’s information and create a new WeeSleep® plan to reflect the child’s current age.
INSURANCE COVERAGE
Please note that it is the sole responsibility of each client to determine if their health benefits or insurance coverage will include or reimburse for the services provided by WeeSleep®. WeeSleep® and its consultants do not take responsibility for verifying or guaranteeing coverage for our services under any health insurance or benefits plans. Clients are advised to consult directly with their insurance provider or benefits administrator to understand their coverage options and any potential reimbursement processes.
