Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Trent University and a Critical Care Certificate from the Michener Institute. Her extensive experience as a bedside ICU and Emergency Room Nurse has strengthened her ability to assess, problem- solve, and provide compassionate care—skills that now guide her in supporting families through their sleep challenges.

As both a healthcare professional and a mother, Jessica and her husband have experienced firsthand how healthy sleep routines positively impact family life.
