Alexa Rowek is a dynamic leader dedicated to fostering educational equity and transforming the lives of families. Professionally, she has built a distinguished career helping schools and educators leverage data to drive meaningful, sustainable change. Personally, she has embraced the transformative power of sleep training, an experience that not only changed her life but also deepened her mission to empower others.

As a mom of two young children, Alexa intimately understands the struggles of sleepless nights and the overwhelming challenges that come with them. Sleep deprivation once left her feeling drained and disconnected, but everything changed when she discovered the tools and strategies of sleep training. This journey not only restored balance and joy to her own family but also inspired her to help other parents reclaim rest and resilience.

In her professional role as Director of Coaching and Content for Leading Educators, Alexa coaches K-8 Principals and District Leaders to create instructional systems that close gaps in student achievement.

Alexa holds a Master’s degree in Special Education with a focus in Psychology and is a certified Learning Disability Teacher-Consultant in New Jersey. She combines her expertise in education with her personal passion for supporting families, showing how the power of data, systems, and actionable coaching can drive success both in schools and at home.
